One of the most established and high performing REED offices continue to grow and now have an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join the successful REED Brighton team. In order to support market demand and candidate preferences, a rewarding and high achieving opportunity has been created for a multi-site recruitment business. Based in our Brighton office, you will meet clients and candidates in Sussex and South Surrey, which will require the successful individual to Consultant to partner with our clients. This opportunity sits within an established and growing team within a well serviced client area, within the legal division of Reed Specialist Recruitment. This award winning office of Reed is a specialist arm, where salaries of roles worked start around £30K per annum and go to Senior level. The management team within this region have mainly all been with the business for around 10 years each, therefore the support network is strong and the last 12 months have seen a number of fast track promotions. The role is for a Consultant who will manage a strong portfolio of legal candidates, including Paralegals, Conveyancers and Solicitors. You will start by learning the candidate market and sector, then rapidly progress to developing business, visiting clients and placing candidates into a candidate driven market. You will need to be able to successfully develop business, multi-task, work to tight deadlines and respond quickly to candidate and client requirements. Our Consultants come from a variety of backgrounds from field sales, retail management and small business owners.
