Overview
My client is one of the leading intellectual property law firms in the UK. Their litigation and commercial expertise covers all aspects of IP including patents, trademarks, designs and copyright. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to further develop their team based in London and have an open position for an NQ IP solicitor. This role will be focused on patent litigation. As an NQ IP solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work with the firm's prestigious client base, working on cases in the life science sector in both generics and innovators. The firm also has a strong client base in the technology sector and may offer exposure to FRAND cases. Requirements: - Excellent academic background, inclusive of a 2:1 or equivalent - a STEM degree - Experience in intellectual property.
