Overview
Our client is a London-based investment management company that is dedicated to producing superior returns, by advising and financing investments in the areas of finance, private equity and property. They operate as a real estate developer in the Property development sector. How you expect the candidate to spend their day: Ensure the entrance, waiting area, office, board room are tidy and presentable at all times Welcome visitors, manage the waiting area, offer refreshments Answer the telephone as requested and take and pass on accurate messages if and when required Participate in VIP tours of the building Liase with IT support to ensure any issues and problems are solved promptly Maintain inventory of Office assets and equipment Some general admin duties: printing, photocopying, archiving, filing, assist with presentation Run errands as directed The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications: Well presented A high level of attention to detail, well organised, efficient Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure A strong communicator with a good level of written English and confident telephone manner Natural team player who enjoys contributing on tasks with others around High emotional intelligence as well as the robustness to deal with challenging situations and personalities Full proficient in using MS Office programmes and Apple products Educated to degree level or an undergraduate on a year out
