Overview

To maintain and service existing relationship with the Centre Network, through the capture of New Business Proposals, phone calls and activation of proposals to the Centre Network. General Staff - Performs tasks and processes and uses a range of technical tools to carry out job duties. Key Responsibilities: Processing of proposals into NGage. Activating contracts in NGage Validating documents in NGage In All Operations, to exercise a customer focus in the provision of service and centre support to the TFS and LFS field teams and dealer network Responsibility for the self-management of performance against published service standards in terms of response times and other commitments Giving settlement figures to the centre network following GDPR guidelines and assisting generally with any queries generated by our Centre Network. General post duties required on a Rota basis, sorting post between departments, opening post for New business department and distributing as required. Any other appropriate duties as required by a line manager Legal Requirements: To maintain an appropriate level of knowledge and competence in the finance and insurance products appropriate to the role, in accordance with the requirements of the (FCA) and the (FLA) Skills & Experience: PC Literate - Word & Excel Motor Finance experience Processing of large volumes of data Appreciation of motor finance field sales based operations Ideal Personal Attributes: Task focused Ability to display consistency in decision making Flexibility and ability to adapt to environmental and circumstantial change. Accuracy in completion of work. Team Worker. Ability to work under own initiative without direction Logical thinker with the ability to develop and communicate their ideas.
