Overview
A Government Agency in Canary Wharf is looking for a Recruitment Assistant for a 1-month contract. Your new company A well-established Government Agency in Canary Wharf are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their team for a 1-month contract. This is a full-time role, 37 hours a week, working hours are 9am - 5pm and it is paying £13.68 Per Hour via PAYE or £15.15 Per Hour per hour via Umbrella company. Your new role You will report to the Recruitment Advisor to support them in the delivery of an effective recruitment process. As Recruitment Assistant, you will be responsible for the arrangements of interviews, ensure candidates are compliant, write and send out offer contracts in a timely manner. You will be the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries. Additionally, you will manage the applicant tracking system (Taleo) to ensure all recruitment reports are up to date. You will be proactive and able to meet set deadlines and be confident in liaising with senior hiring managers. As an individual, you will have excellent communication and time management skills to successfully deliver strong assistance in the recruitment process. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, candidates must have previous experience of working in an in-house recruitment role, where you have recruited and resourced for high volume campaigns. You will have strong knowledge of using Recruitment ATS (ideally Taleo) and ideally, you will have experience of working in a project-based role. Furthermore, a wider understanding of HR and Recruitment employment legislation will be highly desirable.
