Entry Level Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Leicester Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist- HAYS TALENT SOLUTIONS- Leicester Office A permanent Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist working as part of our Hays team in the Leicester International Sourcing Centre. As a recruitment professional you may find yourself recruiting across specialist areas such as Information Technology, Accountancy & Finance, Engineering, Projects & Change, HR and Admin. Your New Role As a true Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a 180-recruitment desk. Working in a collaborate fashion, you will be involved in implementing recruitment sourcing strategies for candidate attraction, including the use of social media, ensuring that 100% of client recruitment requirements are satisfied. In your search for the perfect candidates for your clients you will write and place external job adverts, search candidate databases and conduct telephone screens. You will manage your candidates throughout the recruitment process, from fully briefing for interviews, providing timely interview feedback, and making job offers. Once established you will have many opportunities to progress and work through our promotion ranks.
