\u2018Caring for your Career\u2019 \r Senior Theatre Practitioner \r The Horder Centre, Crowborough \r £30,401 - £36,900 Full time permanent \r We\u2019re on the look-out for an experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner, to join our innovative team at The Horder Centre. You will actively participate in, supervise and maintain the highest standard of care for patients and staff, providing a seamless service.and provide a point of contact for Consultant Surgeons with regard to \u201Con the day\u201D management of individual lists. You will act as a team leader within assigned lists, providing advice & support to other members of the team and ensuring the efficient, safe and timely progress of patients through the intra-operative stage of their journey. You will optimise theatre resources and the management of stock within a safe environment \r Passionate about making a real difference to our patients\u2019 lives and contributing to their recovery, you\u2019ll be dynamic, innovative and confident and enjoy working as part of our high performing team. \r Must Haves \r \r Registered Nurse or equivalent Operating Department Practitioner Level 3 Qualification.\r At least 2 years theatre experience.\r ILS training or a willingness to undertake training\r Good IT skills or a willingness to undertake training.\r Demonstrates compassion in practice\r Able to problem solve and initiate change\r Negotiation skills\r Excellent relevant clinical skills\r A flexible approach to work\r Understanding of clinical risk and quality issues\r Excellent communication and listening skills\r \r Nice to Haves \r \r Degree educated or relevant experience\r Mentorship/clinical supervision qualification\r \r Evidence of training/professional development specific to theatre\r \r For more information get in touch with the Talent Team at TeamHorder CaringforyourCareer
