Residential Care Worker / Senior Residential Care Worker is currently being sought to join a team at a Children's Home in Crowborough, East Sussex. This exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking group is ideal for an applicant looking to change in client groups or looking to continue to develop your career with children and young people. Your role will be to maintain the development of positive childcare practice in line with my clients aims and objectives by providing a safe, warm and supportive environment for all residents. This includes physical, social and emotional care and support for programmes designed to promote the emotional well-being of the children and young people cared for. To carry out duties in line with my clients policies and equal opportunities. You may be expected to work supervised or unsupervised, you must be a team player and be a good communicator. The role offer a competitive salary. This role will include long day shifts at times. NO SLEEPS but Waking Night roles are also available at this new home.
