Overview
An exciting leisure business based in the Black Country are currently recruiting a proactive Accounts Manager. My client operates various leisure businesses across the UK working with high end retailers and restaurants. The role is very commercially focussed and involves liaising with various departments such as HR and payroll. Here you can gain some real hands on experience as an Accounts Manager, supervising a small team reporting directly to the FD within a friendly close knit company. This position can be developed in any way the candidate would like, with the chance to streamline processes and reporting. Ideally, you will: • AAT/ ACCA/ CIMA qualified or part qualified or relevant experience • Have experience assisting with month end procedures such as accruals and prepayments and management accounts with advanced excel skills • Experience assisting with month end procedures and providing accurate results with cash flow forecasts and management accounts packs • Experience dealing with service charge accounts would be advantageous In return, you will: • Provide accounting support to the FD and FM • Be given the option to further your accountancy knowledge within a large UK business • Have the opportunity to experience a diverse fast paced workload in an interesting retail business with a competitive salary • Have the opportunity to supervise a small team This Accounts Manager role is a great chance to gain further all round accounting exposure and progress your accounting career within a rapidly expanding business.
