Overview
Deverell Smith have been appointed to help add a junior leasing agent to a rapidly growing firms market leading office leasing team. The role will encompass running your own clients and executing on deals on their behalf in the office market. You will ensure that a high quality of customer service is maintained and will help and learn from more senior team members. Our client is an award winning consultancy that has an exciting model and ambitious growth plans that span multiple countries. You will be required to work closely with the team in maintaining the high level of work they do alongside hitting personal targets and team targets. This role gives you the chance to join an independent, progressive, forward thinking firm that have built up an enviable track record over the last few years. SURVEYOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualifying prospective client's office space requirements and providing professional advice Compiling and presenting suitable office options Arranging and carrying out viewing tours with clients Assisting our clients in shortlisting the most suitable offices Producing cost summary analysis Undertaking negotiations on behalf of our clients in order to secure the best possible outcome Generating new business, including arranging and attending numerous networking opportunities and fostering long lasting relationships. SURVEYOR'S SKILLS MRICS qualified Previous office agency experience is preferred but is not essential Proven client-facing experience Self-motivated and proactive professional who is able to work independently and as part of a wider team Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met Good interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly form and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority Excellent communication skills Business development skills Genuine interest and knowledge of the tech and creative sectors
