Exciting new opportunity for a focused and driven individual who is looking for their next Reception role working for a Luxury beauty Supplier Head office based in the West End, you MUST be available for an immediate start next week JOB ROLE: Receptionist JOB TYPE: Temporary - 2 months COMPANY: Luxury Beauty Supplier Head Office HOURS: 9.00am- 17.30pm SALARY: £11.00 PH LOCATION: West End, London DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO: Meet and greeting visitors to the office Facilities management Managing meeting rooms and organising catering when/as required Complex diary management; accommodation and travel booking Answering telephone and redirecting where necessary General ad-hoc administration duties Data inputting onto spreadsheet/ database Distributing post as and where required Organising couriers and distributing post SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Previous Reception/ office support experience is essential Approachable demeanour Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook Excellent administration skills Excellent telephone manner and communication skills at all levels Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong initiative and proactive working manner.
