Customer Service Advisor Job Preston Your new company Your new company is a market leader in telecommunications and software development with multiple sites across the UK. Due to a highly successful financial year, they are now looking for several customer service advisors to join their busy and vibrant team based locally in the Preston area on an ongoing basis. Your new role Your new job will see you as the first point of contact for inbound customer queries, building rapports working closely with your Team Leader to achieve KPI targets. You will be overseeing the provision of taking and directly calls appropriately, logging enquiries on the system and responding in a timely manner to bring each issue to a quick resolution. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will have an outstanding telephone manner, a drive to excel in a fast-paced as well as a proven track record of success within a results-orientated environment. You will have experience within customer services with outstanding rapport-building skills. What you'll get in return Our client is offering a basic of £9.05 per hour with 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
