Overview
Corporate Resources is actively looking for a Customer Service focused Account Manager to join an award-winning telecommunications provider based in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will boast a successful career in customer service, possess exceptional communication skills as well as the ability to manage client accounts. Responsibilities: Develop in depth knowledge of the company’s key products and services Build and maintain fantastic working relationships with new and existing clients Retain the client’s business as well as upsell and cross sell where able to Manage general billing questions Work closely with internal teams to feedback relevant information to the client To handle both inbound and outbound customer service calls Update the internal system regularly and accurately Experience: At least one year’s experience within a customer service position within the telecommunications industry Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal The ability to solve problems, quickly and efficiently Work well independently Strong attention to detail
