Overview
Assistant Management Accountant Plymouth £25000 -£28000 Plus CIMA Study Support Our client who is a regional market leader based in Plymouth and is looking to extend their management accounting team with an Assistant Management Accountant. This is a new and exciting position in the business, to support growth. This is a great opportunity to work in a larger company that will give you structure and career progression but at the same time enable you to be hands on operationally. The position includes: Preparing daily operating figures Cash-flow forecasting and during monthly forecasts Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts Analyse or monthly accounts in order to improve profitability of each division Maintaining fixed asset registers Stock analysis Assisting none financial members of the the team with financial information You should be part qualified, having completed your AAT or a degree in finance and working towards your CIMA or ACCA qualification. You will also need to demonstrate: Strong Excel skills Strong analytically with great communication skills Ability to be a good team player, able to work at all levels Commercial awareness & the ability to deliver to deadlines There are good transport links available as it is in a very accessible area of Plymouth.
