The Position The role is to deliver strategic and tactical communications support to NHS SBS. Essentially you will develop, deliver and evaluate communications and marketing plans designed to achieve income generation, reputation building and awareness raising objectives for the business. Key responsibilities Manage and deliver day-to-day marcomms activities including newsletter production, events management and campaigns management Work with various teams to develop communications and marketing strategies, Putting in place clear KPIs to enable the measurement and reporting of these strategies Own the delivery of the strategies by translating them into multi-channel marketing communications campaigns across print, events and digital platforms (including email, web and social media) delivered on time and within budget Proactively lead the development of compelling content for a range of internal and external audiences (b2b customers and prospective customers, consumers, key stakeholders, internal staff and the media) across print, web, email, social media, media releases and video animation Engage with internal stakeholders and external knowledge sources to build an in-depth understanding of the business, its strategy and products, and the broader market in which the business operates Essential skills Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role Experience of organising and managing successful events, with a willingness to travel UK wide Experience of setting and evaluating ROI on marketing and communications activities Experience of writing and developing compelling content for a range of audiences across print, web, email and social media, Experience of developing, delivering and evaluating digital marketing campaigns, including the use of Electronic Direct Mail platforms (eg DotDigital, MailChimp etc) Even more reasons to apply Apply for a NHS Blue light card - take advantage of the huge number of online and high street discounts available Free onsite parking available Onsite Bistro serving breakfast and lunch, offering home cooked hot meals including vegetarian options, freshly made sandwiches, snacks and sweet treats.
