Are you a native German speaking, Social Media Guru? This is a great role for a Social Media Community Manager to join a global eCommerce and retail organisation. This organisation is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitous Community Manager to help support a multinational digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about external communications and social media Responsibilities: Daily monitoring of company's social media accounts through Sprinklr Collaborating with different functions (Marketing, Communications, Science, HR) on response approval and response book update Drafting responses with support of a pre-approved response book / other sources Skills: Professional experience in social media management, Hands-on with social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube etc.) Previous experience in external communications / copywriting Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Fluent English (native / bilingual level) and native German If you have the necessary skills and looking for your next challenge in Social Media, then apply today.
