JOB TITLE: E-Commerce Digital Account Manager JOB SUMMARY: In charge of managing digital campaigns from proposal to online campaigns and reporting on behalf of large clients, focusing on clicks, page impressions and Return of advertising spend. They mainly work with online retailers to produce advertising and sponsored product placements. The role is full of variety and will offer someone technically minded a challenging and exciting role. The ROLE The successful E-commerce Account Manager will be required to: In charge of putting together a proposal on behalf of large clients, focusing on clicks, page impressions and Return of advertising spend. Fully understanding a brief and communicate any questions that need answers. To manage the campaign and execute it within a timescale. Work with different departments to execute the campaign effectively. A campaign will involve monitoring the spend and the brand's profit. (KPIS') There may be up to 20 campaigns running at any one time. Accountable for the execution, trading and Optimisation of each campaign. Delivering KPI's based on ROAS (Return on Ad spend), page impressions, PPC, profit, client expectations and the length of the campaign. Understand reports and data to optimize campaigns. Gather data and information, speak to different departments Gather information about the client's products Support campaign support team Manage different accounts The CANDIDATE Our client is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager with the following skills and experience: Experienced at managing online campaigns involving, SEO, PPC, and ROAS. As well as CPC and CPM (a range at which clients are prepared to pay for clicks and impressions). Understanding trading data. Experience of proposal writing. The ability to understand a brief from a client, and to be unafraid to ask questions. You will be an excellent communicator and very organised.
