Title: Senior Account Manager - CRM Type: permanent Rate: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: London Summary: Our client is a leading CRM & data-driven marketing agency based in London. They work with a range of household brands across retail, sports, Fashion, banking and many more sectors. They are looking for an Senior Account Manager to join their successful client services team, working with the Group Account Director on a key client accounts and helping to deliver a variety of exciting client CRM, Data and Digital campaigns/projects (These could be Strategic CRM, Data led, Marketing or Digital led) You will be an influential member or the team and will be the main point of contact for the client, other agency partners and internally within the business. This is an important role which comes with autonomy and pro-activity. You will have confident self-starter who can make informed decisions. This position would suit somebody from an data-driven agency background. It is imperative that the right candidate has a passion for data and technology, understands CRM databases and data driven marketing, along with campaign delivery and CRM strategy. You will also need to have excellent client facing skills, be able to inspire team members and have excellent organisational skills. Skills and Experience: Account Management - able to face-off to clients, understand requirements and turn these into briefs for teams within the agency Experience of working with stakeholders and helping to think of marketing strategies that will drive customer value and engagement Able to organise and implement CRM and Digital marketing campaigns Strong team leadership and project management experience A strong understanding of CRM Strategy, Marketing Automation tools, Campaigns and insights KEY WORDS: Email Marketing/ Account Manager/ CRM/ Data-Driven/Senior account Manager/ London
