Overview
A British brand with a rich heritage is looking for a CRM Executive to join their dynamic marketing team based in Accrington for a 12 month contract. This is an incredibly stable business that turns over £120 million per year and has consistently achieved 10% YOY growth for over 30 years. They have both a large retail and online presence and are looking to extend their already successful loyalty program to include online sales too. You will benefit from working with an industry renowned CRM expert and her hands on training and support, working within a warm and friendly working environment, a competitive basic, 25 days holiday bank and birthdays off. The responsibilities will be as follows: Manage and execute the CRM email program Take full ownership of the email content calendar Ensure all email information and layout is all accurate and correct Create customer emails Develop and brief creative concepts to the design team Work together with the retail team to deliver a more localised email program Work with the CRM agency to ensure the correct audience is being targeted The ideal candidate will have the following background: Prior experience within a CRM and/ or email marketing role within a B2C environment Experience using CRM platforms Knowledge of HTML, Excel and PowerPoint Analytical minset Commercial awareness and a creative flair Understanding of direct marketing on consumer behaviour and how to drive engagement If this sounds like you I'd love to hear from you.
