Overview
Account Manager / Internal Sales Faygate Permanent Full-time REED Business Support Crawley are currently recruiting for a brand new opportunity to join a rapidly growing and established organisation based in Faygate. The organisation offer support to the Events, although no previous knowledge of this sector is needed as full training on products and customer basis will be provided. The ideal candidate will have work experience within a similar role, ideally with a proven track record of handling customer calls and customer relationship development. It is worth noting that this is NOT a cold calling role As Internal Sales Support your duties will include but are not limited to: Following up on active customer quotation requests Building relationships with both new and existing clients, maximising cross selling opportunities over a wide range of products Ensuring all customer communications are logged appropriately and referred to other departments where required Updating and maintaining CRM database and customer records This role is Monday to Friday, discretionary bonus scheme, and parking is available Should you believe that this is the right opportunity for you then please Apply Now
