Our client is a leading Events Agency who create and deliver unforgettable experiences. They work with some of the world’s best known brands, bringing to life their messages through events and conferences in the UK and around the globe. They are looking an outstanding Account Manager with over 2 years’ experience in the events and communications arena, Reporting to the relevant Account Director and/or Client Engagement Director, you would be working within the Client Services team to help drive the established accounts forward, delivering excellent client service across a range of projects and activities. Please contact us right away for more information and to apply The Responsibilities of the Account Manager: Leadership Provide hands-on management for the client stakeholders’ activities, ensuring day-to-day consistency of delivery from the agency Project manage individual projects where appropriate, being responsible for driving progress through the agency (and with the client), liaising with and managing a variety of delivery teams (from exhibitions, event, video, digital and communications planning and writing) acting as key agency liaison with the client, providing guidance and oversight for all parties in creating value and excellent results Actively contribute and assist the Client Engagement Director in the preparation and implementation of Account Plans Be curious and observant, interpret client challenges to identify new business opportunities Manage junior account team members as appropriate Relationship Assist the AD/Client Engagement Director in developing and acquiring new business by proactively managing and nurturing good client relationships at every level Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the clients’ needs, issues and business Nurture internal relationships and organically promote the full range of agency services as appropriate and fit for client needs Accountability Drive the successful delivery of projects as the client’s main point of contact from briefing to delivery and post project reviews Work with the operations team and heads of departments to appropriately resource projects Be responsible for multiple and varied budgets with administrative support Be responsible for the commercial value of projects, including fees, 3rd party spend and internal time spent to maintain margin The skills range of the Account Manager 2 yrs experience in communications industry Comfortable in managing communications or content delivery requirements Experience of video and digital production Authentic and genuine personality; social, warm and open Good listener Calm and professional under pressure, able to provide support, take decisions and provide clear direction when necessary Strong problem solver Curious information seeker; asks questions, researches, gathers and shares insights Naturally demonstrates passion, innovation and integrity in client service Good financial management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management skills Confident in forecasting and account planning High attention to detail Team player, comfortable in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders (external and internal) Please do contact us right away for more information and to apply This role would also suit: Account Manager, Incentive Manager, Event Manager, Senior Account Manager, Senior Account Executive, Senior Event Manager, Event Agency, Incentive Travel Agency, Client Services Manager, Senior Client Services Manager, Project Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Senior Project Manager, Senior Project Director, Senior Event Manager, Event Manager, Event Project Coordinator, Senior Event Project Manager, Head of Events, Events Director, Senior Event Manager,
