Complaints Officer - Temporary Location: North London Hours: Minimum 35 Hours Pay: 13.00ph to £16.00ph Morgan Hunt are currently working with a leading Housing Provider in North London who are looking for Complaints Officers. Job Role You will provide excellent Customer Service in resolving complaints through multiple digital channels. You will act as a case management executive ensuring all enquiries are dealt with within an agreed time frame.
