Overview

We are looking for an inquisitive & passionate (Inbound) Marketing Strategist to join our rapidly growing client based in Oxfordshire. Whilst they're a relatively small team, my client has seen rapid expansion over the past year, therefore looking for a Marketing Strategist to join their team on a full time permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the agency, playing the lead role in executing inbound marketing activities. You will also be responsible for analysing and optimising your Client's marketing analytics, creating reports and defining future strategies. Being primarily responsible for the strategy and overseeing the execution of the Inbound Marketing plans, to ensure the clients achieve their goals. Working closely with the other areas of the service team, to align the strategy and tactics to the objective and key results agreed. Having the deep knowledge and experience in inbound marketing, the role will also be responsible in supporting the revenue team, helping prospects in the sales process. More about the role & responsibilities: Create the Marketing strategy, plans and vision for your clients, working with a team of content writers, designers and developers to deliver on that strategy and plan Create compelling content strategies that add value to the prospects, through education and the use of story-telling that also follow SEO strategy and best practice Create the Inbound Marketing strategy and plan for clients Establish client brand elements that capture the client's identity in a way that makes it easy to monitor and maintain brand consistency through marketing execution Develop persona profiles and corresponding buyer journeys to create highly customised and targeted content and promotion strategies Execute strategic, segmented email marketing campaigns for clients Build and execute a database segmentation strategy and set up the marketing automation system to appropriately filter, segment, tag, and enrol contacts into the appropriate lists, campaigns, and sequences Propose and implement new ways of creating and distributing content that expands your client's reach Continuously analyse and improve the effectiveness of the Client's Inbound Marketing strategies Be an extension of the Client's team and will be expected to know their business as well as they do To manage your clients proactively to agreed budgets and scope in order to meet defined milestones and performance To be a HubSpot geek, keep updated on the HubSpot platform through certifications and training and support HubSpot best practice, training, software updates and educating the wider team as required Take the lead in creating performance reports for clients, highlighting wins, area of improvements and recommendations for future campaigns Who we are looking for: Demonstrable experience building comprehensive marketing campaigns Demonstrable experience with online digital marketing and social media Demonstrable experience to think creatively and create campaigns to meet goals Passionate about digital marketing and a strong understanding of inbound marketing and the buyer's journey Analytical experience - find and use market, customer and campaign data into marketing strategies Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to work as an integral part of the internal teams and with external partners Working knowledge of SEO What you get in return: Being part of a company that focuses on its people - joining a team of like-minded people with a focus on culture, hard work, having fun, transparency, openness, and enthusiasm A trusting and accountable ethos that involves a real flexible working approach and flexible benefits package. £35,000 - £45,000 per annum highly competitive basic salary depending on experience 10% personal development time - 1/2 a day per week for training and professional development and clear career path
