Overview

The Marketing Representative (Local) Department information The International ABF Marketing department is responsible for bringing about the best possible synergy between marketing strategy, marketing operations, use of channels and use of client insights in order to position ABFs trading names (Commercial Finance and Lease) in the market. Marketing acts as a core enabler to the business, anticipating developments in the target groups both internally and externally, in a manner consistent with the Bank’s strategy and principles. It works throughout the customer journey from raising the brand profile (see), building and nurturing relationships (think/feel), lead generation (do) and retention and Net Promotor Score (care). The work is undertaken with an international omnichannel but functional approach across all four key audience types, direct, introducer, vendor and the ABN AMRO Bank across all four countries. Purpose of the job The Marketing Representative (local) works as part of the International ABF Marketing Team in achieving objectives set out in the annual ONE ABF Marketing plan. 50% of focus will be 1 managing local tactical and targeted campaigns, focused event management, production of local marcoms and content to raise awareness and support lead generation. A 50% focus will be on aligning with colleagues of the International Marketing community to support efficient repurposing of content and campaigns horizontally. Support will also be given to local implementation of strategic campaigns and local execution of initiatives, including the annual roll out of the relationship and transactional Net Promoter Score surveys to our client portfolios. Scope of Duties / Marketing Representative (Local) ABF UK  Production of all local marketing plans in line and consistent with ONE ABF Channel strategies Local roll out and implementation of central strategies and initiatives e.g. positioning, website improvements etc. and support with gathering local market insights etc. to inform centralized strategies Liaison with country subject matter stakeholders to source, validate and align content requirements (i.e. case studies) and campaign opportunities Production of pitch books, sales support materials (leave behinds) and client communications or projects (where we can add value) for retention and advocacy Management of E-newsletter programs Implementation of tNPS and rNPS Localised "client treatment" and measurable and/or mandatory event management Budget management of local marketing contingency along with HoCM&C Key result areas Lead the planning and production of timely and relevant content for our key audiences including campaign activity, thought-leadership, added value engagement and educational pieces. Working with an omni-channel approach to nurture key relationships and management and measurement of successful content distribution, event management and tactical lead generative campaigns. Knowledge and Experience Marketing Degree or Equivalent highly desired R Experienced marketing professional able to hit the ground running to deliver excellent marketing activity Full marketing mix experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing activity Professional services background and financial services exposure essential Experience in a commercially driven marketing function A good level of financial literacy High standards; with an attention to detail and motivation to continuously exceed expectations Able to demonstrate excellent planning skills, an ability to effectively prioritise Excellent written and oral communications skills, able to establish yourself as a trusted expert within the business Excellent written and oral skills in English  Evidence of management of external suppliers and budgets  Confident, proactive, resilient and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
