Job Title: Resourcer Department: ICS Digital Therapies Location: London Salary: £24,000 per annum excellent company benefits Full Time – Permanent Contract ICS Group is a unique healthcare solutions platform with an integrated specialised staffing and healthcare services offering combining deep clinical expertise, digital capabilities, technology and analytics. I CS Digital Therapies is a pioneering new service improving the accessibility, affordability and effectiveness of psychological therapies within IAPT. We provide a broad range of digitally-enabled brief therapies at both Step 2 and Step 3. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and empathetic individual to fulfill the role of Resourcer at our London based office. Within this role you will undertake the recruitment tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the therapist network and service. You will be motivated by delivering an excellent experience to all therapists and will complete tasks with the required level of accuracy, urgency and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential as you will be co-ordinating a rapidly expanding network of clinicians and liaising with managers within ICS. This is a great opportunity to join an already highly successful project at an exciting stage in its development. Responsibilities: Build and maintain an active candidate database to meet service requirements Upscale the therapist network in line with service and business needs Responsible for ensuring all administrative elements of the registration process are adhered to Direct resourcing activities – screening applications, sourcing candidates, completing pre-screenings with candidates, writing attractive job adverts Confidently sell ICS Digital Therapies to therapists looking for work Use social media, professional works and other creative ways to attract new therapists About You High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent IT skills Ability to multi-task Strong team player What we can offer you In exchange for your hard work we can offer you excellent benefits which include 25 days annual leave bank holidays which increase with years of service, company pension scheme where we match your contribution up to 5% plus many more excellent benefits.
