Overview

About You We are looking for amarketer who wants to impact business and use analytics to inform their strategy. We believe ABM is the next frontier in B2B marketing—and will be a key unlock in our marketing strategy. This is afast-paced role, where we are building, learning and testing every day. This marketingmanagerwill ownseveral accounts within our ABM program—Key focus will include: identifying growth goals with the business, understanding key stakeholders and relationshipsand then developing a marketing plan that is strategicallyalignedto the growth goals for the account. This person will work hand in hand with thekey leaders within thebusiness, consciously measuring and optimizing based on the KPIs. Key activities include—strengtheningrelationships, identifyingopportunitieswithin accountsand executingABM programs across the top of the funnel (key account demand generation) and middle of the funnel (pipeline progression and win rates). This person will work closely with the industry marketing lead, client journey planning lead, marketing analytics lead, account leadership, sales, and business development. Responsibilities include: ·Audience research, profiling and segmentation ·Strategic planning including goals and KPIs working with relevant stakeholders as necessary ·Day-to-day ABM program execution ·Identification and support of must-win and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities · Customization/personalization of relevant industry campaigns and content for ABM and sales purposes ·Identify gaps in sales enablement and/or content and provide feedback and recommendations to the marketing team ·Ensuring all decisions and tactics are data-driven and trackable ·Continuous measurement and optimization of industry marketing efforts Experience required: o Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related business field oDeep understanding or passion for the relevant industry o Experience in B2B, technology or services marketing oData-driven mindset - comfortable with data measurement, analysis and taking action based on that analysis oDeep understanding of the sales funnel, customer journey mapping and what drives growth oFluency in demand generation and sales enablement Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, accounts, and projects while prioritizing accordingly oComfortable working in a complex, fast-paced environment
