Overview
Business Travel Team Leader - Berskshire - Salary Up To £40k Our client is an expanding Business Travel Management Agency specialising in Media, Entertainment and Production Travel Accounts. The Business Travel Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day running of the Business Travel Team, proving support and guidance as necessary to help with the team’s performance. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager. The responsibilities of the Business Travel Team Leader role will include: Monitor the team’s workload, delegating and distributing work as necessary to help manage team performance. Ensure all emails and travel requests are acknowledged within the clients SLA Ensure all air bookings are QC checked. Ensure queues are monitored regularly Identify staff training needs where relevant and consult with the Training Team to address. Ensure effective communication channels are maintained throughout the team and across all departments. Look after certain VIP travel and general reservations when needed Address ADM’s and ACM’s raised via BSP Conduct appraisals / 121s in conjunction with the operations managers Attend client meetings / visits when required The skills required for the Business Travel Team Leader role will include: Minimum of five years experience within the industry (and experience of working in business travel) Proficient in using a GDS (Sabre Preferred).
