Overview

This is not a traditional marketing role. Strudel is less than 3months old, and in that time we’ve locked in some of the biggest names in the industry as clients. Why? Because most people hate talent agencies, they lock people into onerous contracts and tend to massively underdeliver on results. We’re trying to change the way the industry works for the better, and we believe that a marketplace for talent will solve these challenges.  Our primary clients are in the music industry, including some of the world's biggest record labels, where we're shaping the future of how marketing budgets are spent. You’ll be helping to coordinate the delivery of campaigns booked by our clients. This means coordinating with the talent to make sure they complete projects, and managing client expectations. You’ll also be involved in rolling out our soon to be released platform to talent and clients. At Strudel you will work independently in a fast-moving, low structure environment where you will have the opportunity to help lead and grow an exciting new business from the ground up.  We don't like to put people in boxes, but you're likely to be able to demonstrate much of the below: Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder processes. Ready to hustle to get the job done Vision and strategic mindset to be able to imagine new ways of marketing talent The hunger to make quick opportunistic wins, and the patience to work long cycles. Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with credibility to work at the highest levels. Experience in working closely with developers Passion for, or ambition to change how things are done Bonus: Experience with social media influencers, the music industry, or talent agencies
