SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - DIGITAL/CRM LONDON £50,000 - £60,000 With an overriding ambition of creating best in class marketing/digital solutions, this boutique agency is looking for a talented project manager to deliver crucial projects across their clients. You will be joining a specialist team focused on bringing CRM strategy, tech knowledge and digital marketing best practices to retailers, tech companies and blue chip organisations. Dedicated client base Major brand projects with global impact Amazing culture with dress down policy THE ROLE As Senior Project Manager you will be delivering across CRM, digital marketing and communication strategy for a range of clients. Within this you will be: Managing all aspects of project delivery across planning, resource mapping, and delivery Controlling the definition and scope of the project throughout its lifecycle Leading a mix skilled team of technical architects, data planners, analysts and developers Owning technical projects within the CRM and digital production space - you don't need to be technical yourself but the ability to run technical projects is key Working closely with senior leadership/client c-suites to continually ensure best in class solutions Project examples include: CRM platform migrations Loyalty programme development Digital marketing strategy Website optimisation YOUR SKILLS To be successful in this role you will need: Strong commercial experience in delivering work in a project capacity Excellent project management skills including costing, process scheduling, and change requests Great communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of seniority Strong leadership qualities Experience working across digital marketing, digital production or CRM Management and leadership ability A degree or higher BENEFITS A salary up to £60,000 dependant on experience 25 days holiday buy and sell more Flexible working Dress down work policy HOW TO APPLY Please click the link on this page or email for more information
