Account Manager (Print/ Packaging Copying) - £24,000-£26,000 - Tunbridge Wells Our client based in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an Account Manager with industry experience in print/ packaging/ copying, to build long-term relationships that maximise the customers lifetime value, growing both revenue and long-term profitability. Responsibilities- Account impressions (phone calls & emails etc). Strategic account analysis. (lifecycle, GAP, product selection, pricing, spend etc). Account scheduling (overdue, outlook reminders, follow up etc). Complete customer profiles on SDB (inc staff no. etc and decision maker info). The successful candidate will- 2 years minimum in print/ packaging / copying industry Have a "can do" attitude and dislike making excuses when things are not done. The work you produce is consistently high quality and you have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy. You are flexible and adaptable. We look to the future and evolve to meet new challenges.
