Overview
A leading Global FMCG organisation is looking for a skilled Learning Specialist to deliver and execute a new learning platform. This is an exciting project based opportunity for a competent L&D professional, who would suit a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. This is a fixed term contract with a preference to start as soon as possible. Due to the current circumstances this is a remote, home-based role, reporting directly into the Global Head of L&D. Role Outline: Assist in implementing a new learning platform (design, set-up, launch, engagement, including supporting technical teams with integrations and ensuring a great learner experience) Create digital learning content using our e-learning authoring tool, and support others in doing so Learning platform management administrative responsibilities; uploading and labelling content, managing content, dealing with non-technical queries from learners etc. Flexible resource with broader learning responsibilities; for example help design and run programmes, track learning needs and impact of activities (across all types of learning) The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, creative L&D professional, who is tech savvy with really strong IT skills. You will have experience of supporting a learning management system (or LXP platform) and creating e-learning content. Ideally, you will also have experience of implementing a learning platform. Previous experience in a similar role and environment is a requirement. This is a global role, as the platform is due to be rolled out to over 30 countries, so experience on a global scale is necessary.
