Senior Marketing Manager An international financial software company is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team in London, taking on an exciting 12-month leadership rotation opportunity for a maternity cover. Your remit will be to manage the TOF/MOF messaging strategy and website performance to meet customer targets as well as implement a co-marketing strategy to leverage existing and new partnerships. With a focus on gaining deep customer insights, you will work to deliver amazing end-to-end experiences throughout the small business funnel, in partnership with Brand, Performance Marketing and Partnerships. We are looking for a talented marketing leader to take on this core role and deliver transformational growth. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to): Develop the TOF/MOF messaging strategy in collaboration with Brand and Media leads to deliver key business objectives driven by deep prospect insights. Lead the partnership co-marketing strategy in close collaboration with Commercial and Partners leads to drive incremental small business acquisition. Review and optimise the website performance in partnership with Analytics and Web teams to drive increase page performance and site conversion rate. Become the Small Business champion; building deep empathy by exploring customer/market data and audience motivations to drive the value proposition, promotions and messaging Work closely with Product Marketing to proactively recommend how upcoming feature releases can be incorporated into acquisition plans Ongoing analysis of market landscape and competitor activity to recommend innovative, hypothesis-driven approaches to attract and win new customers Identify and build strong relationships with relevant partners, aligned to core strategic objectives Skills Experience Experience of T-shaped leadership and strong collaboration with teams to achieve joint business goals 5 years marketing experience, including exposure to SaaS or B2B technology role Proven ability to lead data-driven, integrated, multi-channel campaigns, working within fixed budgets Track record of success in digital marketing; experienced with user funnels, testing and analytics Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, ability to glean insights, develop a vision and make it come to life with actionable plans Operates well in an environment of rapid change, role modelling ability to manage multiple projects with fast paced delivery Customer focused; holds self-accountable for identifying and leveraging big customer insights to drive growth Builds strong relationships with cross-functional, cross-geographical stakeholders across all levels of the business Positive, can-do attitude with exceptional written and verbal communication skills Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
