Lucy 19 Mar 2020, 12:28 (1 day ago) to me International Fashion Brand with a strong sense of identity and brand have a rare opportunity to an experience Lead Digital Designer to join their team, responsible for the design, innovation and ownership of their online presence across multiple international websites. To truly unlock this fantastic brand's digital & mobile potential you will need a strong portfolio with high quality UX examples, wireframes and design (ideally with some motion) gained in premium or luxury cutting edge brands. The role: Responsible for championing a mobile first approach to everything the creative team do Champion UX, experience in creating lo-fi wireframes and user journeys - to hi-fi mockups. Own the design and development of responsive HTML web pages from homepage through to checkout. Create engaging layouts for content across the website, external communications and creative project Development of site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriting team, creative studios and Developers Suggest creative solutions to website challenges, including but not limited to driving engagement with content, conversion and brand experience Develop and test new and existing website strategies, and identify any technical problems. Review competitors and keep up-to-date with the latest web design trends to constantly improve the look and feel of the website. Lead and own all assigned projects, making sure they are delivered both on spec and of the highest quality. Skills needed: Strong background in e-commerce and website architecture You are passionate about delivering creative solutions that deliver for both the user and the business Expertise in Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Adobe CC; understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript best Practices Ownership of the evolution of site UI kit, and ownership of the re-branding of global sites A natural creative who listens to team members, question to deliver clearly articulated design rationale A strong leader who can inspire and mentor the team to instil proactivity Comfortable managing and mentoring more junior members of the team A good understanding of trends in photography, fashion, music This is a great role, fully immersive and the opportunity to develop, modern and high quality work on an International scale within a strong brand.
