Marketing & Operations Executive | Burnley | £25,000 - £30,000 Jobooster.co.uk is a fast growing e-recruitment advertising platform designed to assist UK businesses attract and recruit the best talent. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Operations Executive to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a key hands-on role where you will influence and lead all marketing and operational activities for this growing digital B2B service. You will be a commercially motivated individual who can solidify and strengthen the businesses UK online presence, create and grow local and national partnerships and implement creative digital marketing and PR strategies. Key duties: Design and implement the overall marketing strategy Develop and co-ordinate marketing campaigns and take the lead on delivering projects. Drive marketing automation Create and schedule promotional activities Identify suitable conferencing and networking events to attend or participate in and operate as the primary representative for the business Research, identify and implement appropriate marketing tools Plan and lead all social media activities Design attractive content for various channels Identify continuous improvement opportunities. Research, recommend and implement changes to systems and processes Assist with processing customer orders Process payments Deal effectively with customer support needs via telephone and email Skills / Knowledge: Social Media content planning (organic / paid) Experience of Social Distribution Software Email marketing software Creative design skills with experience in a relevant software package i.e. InDesign Project Management Organised Excellent communicator - verbal and written Good knowledge of the Recruitment and/or HR sector WordPress CMS SEO Application Tracking Systems, Talent Attraction and Job Boards What’s on offer?
