Overview

If you are an individual giving fundraiser keen to take the opportunity to experience a management role at a global charity, then WR Fundraising Recruitment would like to talk to you. Although this is a maternity cover position, you won’t just be keeping the seat warm, and this role brings plenty of opportunity to create, strategise, and innovate across the entire IG programme. You will be working on a wide range of campaigns, liaising with both external and internal teams, driving new strategies both on and off-line, and building compelling appeals around key events throughout the year. You will be liaising with international supporters in North America, and also taking an active lead in driving legacy income. With a huge variety in scope and operations, this role is a great chance for someone with a core focus on individual giving to gain global charity experience in a management position, and to quickly develop new skills that will lay a foundation to move into a permanent individual giving manager or senior manager role. Individual Giving Manager Full Time 12-month FTC (37 Hours Per Week) London (Central) £35,000 - £37,000 p.a. dependent on skills and experience Key responsibilities of the role will include: Lead on the strategic implementation of all the individual giving income streams Identify, test, and develop new and innovative income streams Develop exciting and engaging campaign propositions and work collaboratively to make them a success Drive high levels of supporter stewardship Lead on the growth and development of legacy giving Design a range of fundraising appeals that incorporate a mixture of traditional direct marketing and digital innovation Link campaigns to key events and dates throughout the year that will engage potential and existing donors The ideal candidate for this role will: Be an experienced individual giving fundraiser, ideally incorporating legacy giving Be an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, able to write compelling copy Have experience in developing and managing budgets and financial reporting Be able to deliver high levels of supporter care and stewardship Be innovative, keen to make an impact, bringing new ideas, insights, and a solutions-focused approach Have demonstrative experience in designing and delivering a range of engaging individual giving campaigns Be strategically minded, able to develop a project from concept to successful implementation To register your interest and for more information please send your CV in the first instance.
