SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER Location: Reading Type: Permanent Salary: 60,000 65,000 10% Bonus. Opportunity for flexible working SUMMARY An incredible opportunity has become available for a Supply Chain Manager at one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical companies. The multi-award-winning global business, who are dedicated to improving the self-care treatments available to the public, have been identified as market leaders in Leadership, Diversity and Market Innovation This role will be focused on Business Partnering, and be responsible for leading the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the Consumer Healthcare unit while working closely with the Unit Leads for supply chain matters. JOB DESCRIPTION Represent the Supply Chain function, working with the Head of Supply Chain to ensure business unit objectives are met Working with Business Unit heads for all supply chain planning and queries Understand product strategy to ensure supply chain plans are aligned to the business objectives Lead S&OP process and build tools to optimise the supply chain Work with supply sites and ensure production and delivery plans are communicated and implemented Building relationships with site supply chain teams Establish and monitor SLAs for all channels of supply in the UK & Ireland REQUIREMENTS Experience in a Pharmaceutical/Consumer Healthcare environment in a supply chain capacity Ability to build strong senior level relationships SAP (SCM/APO) experience for forecasting and working on continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain Sales and Operational Planning and Master Production Scheduling experience Matrix management experience working with multiple sites and team across marketing, sales and production .
