Overview

My client, one of the most highly regarded global brokerages in the Insurance world is on the hunt for a proven new business winner, currently operating in the Employee Benefits space to join their successful and stable team. This particular business is extremely entrepreneurial and ambitious and they are very passionate about offering a personal service to all of their clients & provide them with clear recommendations based on quality data analysis. As a Senior BDM, you will possess the commerciality to recognise and generate new business opportunities and lead conversion to the practice. You will be client focused, be comfortable in building new relationships with key decision makers and be able to capitalise on new business opportunities via connections and peers. Main responsibilities will include; Assisting with marketing plans, including owned campaigns and events Work closely with colleagues, partners and professional introducers to broaden distribution channels Feeding in to annual business planning and organising Maintain and expand own client relationships, in terms of quality and value In order to be considered for this role you will: Possess strong knowledge of Group Risk & Health (pensions and winder facets of EB a plus) Demonstrable track record of working in a new business role within an EBC Have worked with large corporates What's in it for you?
