Overview
My client is a reputable, well established and forward-thinking veterinary practice in the Bristol area. They pride themselves on providing outstanding levels of service to their clients. They offer a friendly, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere and have modern, fresh and state of the art facilities. They are seeking an experienced business professional who is proactive, professional and service orientated to lead and manage their wonderful reception team. The role is a full-time role, based on 40 hours per week, and there is a weekend rota, so the successful candidate will be working 1 in 4 weekends, with the time given back during the week. They are offering a competitive salary of between £22,000 and £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a fantastic benefits package. The Role This role requires effective leadership management of a team, providing exceptional customer service delivery to a wide variety of clients both in person and over the phone, together with business development, strategy planning, marketing and improvements to both current client services and operations in order to continue to drive performance. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of service within the practice, coordinating client communication and marketing, management of client complaints and concerns and liaising effectively with internal and external departments.
