SENIOR INSIGHT ANALYST LONDON £45,000 - £50,000 Are you an insight analyst with a technical background using SQL and Python or R? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading sports company that has an established analytics function who are championing analytics within the company. THE COMPANY They are a leading sports company that has an innovative analytics team implementing groundbreaking methods and technology. They invest heavily in data and analytics to help them improve customer relationships and understanding. THE ROLE An essential element of your role is to conduct analysis and insight that will play a major role in helping to shape the company's marketing focus. Building advanced models in Python or R to predict customer behaviour Perform advanced statistical techniques including regressions, clusters, random forest etc Opportunities to mentor junior analysts with realistic managerial progression opportunities Conducting in-depth analysis using SQL to gain customer insight and then utilizing this information to drive strategic marketing decisions/campaigns Having a clear scope to use your own expertise to come up with innovative solutions to solve potential problems on the data that is gathered Communicating key insights back to director level stakeholders from a non-technical background including sales and marketing YOU DON'T HAVE TO TICK EVERY BOX BUT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED 2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university Proficient in SQL, having utilised it in a commercial role previously Experience of building advanced customer analytic models including segmentation, attribution, and propensity Advanced knowledge of statistical methods such as regressions, clusters, random forest etc Experience of supporting teams cross-functionally across the business such as campaign or marketing team from a non-technical background Expert communication skills with the ability to communicate to non-tech audiences THE BENEFITS £45,000 - £50,000 Flexible working HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Richard Jones via the Apply link on this page.
