Overview
We are helping our client - a dynamic independent design and advertising agency based in the heart of Soho - find a similarly dynamic Account Manager to work with a range of clients to produce beautiful brief-hitting campaigns. We're looking to talk to self-motivated and confident design or advertising professionals with experience of working within a small team (and any experience in property or retail advertising would be a big bonus) The key responsibilities of the role will include Managing a portfolio of client accounts Building and maintaining relationships with clients through face to face, written and phone contact Acting as the first point of contact for client questions and requests Briefing in designers, production and outside suppliers and getting the best out of them Identifing new client relationships Pitching and presentationing Invoicing and quoting of jobs Managing budgets and achieving financial targets Generating accurate post-campaign reports The role and agency will suit someone that loves being an Account Manager, bouncing ideas off colleagues and working towards a common goal in a friendly team. With at least three years experience in a similar creative agency, this person will have strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate and be at ease with juggling many balls under varying levels of pressure.
