Overview
Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an expanding investment and development business, based in the hub of Bristol with the appointment of an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a generalist Marketing professional, with experience (or an interest) in the property industry to lead their small, yet growing marketing function. The Marketing Manager role is an integral hire for the business, playing a key part of the company wide growth and brand awareness, through various marketing channels. Working in a small team environment, you will have the opportunity to make decisions and implement new ideas with ease. This is a hands-on role, with strong focus on implementing strategy. Key duties include, however are not limited too: Implementing and developing marketing strategies Launching marketing campaigns Developing and managing the social media strategies Writing engaging content for magazines, websites, press releases and all marketing collateral Liaising with external agencies Drive brand awareness Managing the company website The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven marketing background - ideally with exposure to the property industry, however this is not essential. You will have all round marketing experience, with exposure to PR, Social Media, Digital and SEO
