Overview
Are you an experienced Social Media and Communications Officer? This role will see you being responsible for focusing on brand presence, websites, social media platforms and event activity. Key duties will include: Planning, formulating, executing and analysing social media campaigns across all social media channels, raising the profile and increasing competitiveness and visibility Monitoring all social media channels daily and ensuring timely responses to customer queries/comments Evaluating and optimising search engine positions to drive exposure Providing the Marketing team with content for use across press releases, news articles and corporate collateral Providing ongoing analysis of social trends, keeping up-to-date in developments in technology and communication channels Your proven experience within a digital marketing role, strong data analysing and copywriting skills combined with a focused and self-motivated approach will enable you to excel in this role The role is based in Croydon with regular travel to their Redhill site.
