Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a graphic designer to join a leading FMCG brand near to Solihull. You will be responsible for supporting the creative team with absolutely everything from packaging, marketing material, magazines and digital. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a creative mindset to join a rapidly growing brand You will be working in a vibrant, open plan office in an office of just under 50. There are some fantastic benefits on offer, including team days out, paid lunches, sports massages and ice-cream van days Your responsibilities: Work & collaborate with the creative & marketing team to produce inventive, impactful Take conceptual ideas and bring them to life through visuals ready for print/screen production Work on a variety of briefs in-line with global brand plans Understand and contribute to marketing projects, adding value and taking lead on channels which you own Experiment with new software and techniques to impact and augment your ideas Ability to work to tight deadlines and be accountable for your own workflow and schedule Your skills and experience Experience in a professional design environment Good understanding of print production and digital design Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. Additional experience with other software is desirable, Dimensions, XD, Lightroom etc Understanding and passion for digital technologies, marketing and design trends with an understanding of how they be adopted to fit business and brand plans Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with the wider marketing team Flexibility and excellence under tight deadlines Excellent attitude and desire to further their learning Creative, confident individual who knows when to push the boundaries of design and when to adhere to guidelines and parameters in order to move the brand forward Able to work independently and also collaboratively in a team Ability to work to tight deadlines and be accountable for your own workflow and schedule Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills The ability to solve problem, make decisions and offer solutions Creative mind with passion to bring new ideas to life and ability to take them all the way through to production Hands on approach with the ability to keep pace with the business growth Team player with the attitude to get stuck in to any brief (Both longer term large projects as well as smaller executions) Desire to work closely with all departments in the company to gain a full understanding of the business Benefits to you Salary of £18 - £22k 20 Days holiday BH, plus your birthday off Progression available Free Parking Regular days out Office perks - football games, ice cream vans, sports massages, hog roast If you think that this is the role for you, please click apply today Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
