Overview

Working within an in-house design team, generate and produce innovative video and graphic solutions, interpreting and executing creative briefs, taking ownership of the creative process and seeing both internal and external facing projects through from start to completion. Key Duties Work with design teams, producing creative graphics solutions and original ideas for on-line and off-line marketing campaigns Design and creation of standout infographics Produce engaging and impactful PowerPoint presentations Work with Communications and Marketing teams on producing impactful video solutions Responsible for pre-production, filming, editing, audio mixing and mastering to a high standard Conceptualise, storyboard and create video and motion projects, primarily across digital and social channels Advise what is technically possible and scope work, providing realistic timescales and costs Work on multiple projects at once whilst consistently adhering to tight deadlines Communicate frequently with stakeholders to update them on the progress of the project To deliver work to a high standard whilst meeting deadlines Liaising with internal and external producers and clients. Ensure that all files and related images required for production of the creative product are effectively maintained and available/retrievable as and when required by maintaining effective back up procedures and ensure that artwork and related files are recoverable at all times Ensure that all activity is aligned with the companies brand values and behaviours, ie legal and complaint, decent and truthful, and incorporates the principles of Treating Customers Fairly and improving customer outcomes About The Candidate Key Skills Expert user of Adobe Creative Suite software, especially After Effects, Premiere and other relevant software such as Photoshop, InDesign and illustrator Happy to experiment with new hardware, software and techniques A self-starter who is proactive and creative A very clear understanding of what branded video content is and how to tell internal and external brand stories Demonstrable experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholders Impeccable written and verbal communication skills A clear understanding of current online video and wider market trends Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Understanding of design, typography, layout, artwork for all media Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a high-pressured environment Ability to switch gears calmly and rapidly as priorities shift without sacrificing work quality Organised, positive, collaborative team player who supports the team Proactive and able to work on own initiative Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve Personable, presentable and articulate For more information on this role contact Sarah Fellows on sfellowsoutsource-uk or .
