Overview

Our client are a fast growing digital business. They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team. Your role will include: Working with the Brand Development Manager and the Marketing Lead to develop, implement and manage the digital marketing strategy for licensed and proprietary brands Overseeing and managing all Group Company and Brands social media accounts. Developing engaging, creative and innovative content with the wider creative team and planning and scheduling social media posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Monitoring and reviewing analytics associated with all digital output to ensure maximum performance. Report on ROI, ensuring that all digital activity is appropriate, measurable and effective in enhancing brand awareness and online product sales. Ensuring that all digital consumer touchpoints with licensed and proprietary brands are "best in class" and any copy and content is targeted at the desired audience. Manage and maintain all Group digital platforms, as well as any transactional and non-transactional website for proprietary brands and licensed brands. Help to devise promotional strategies, using seasonal and social calendars to track activity. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities To develop product messaging that differentiates new products from others in the online market. This includes the creation of bespoke written content to be used across a range of platforms, and ensure this content is written in the correct tone, adheres to best practices/standards and is free of typos/errors. To create written content for the websites of proprietary brands and license partner websites (including website copy and blog posts), and to monitor activity and progress. Managing social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn. Composing and posting online written content for the company’s websites and Social Media Accounts. To create briefs for in-house design team for social medial posts, banners and online visual content. Responding to queries and communications from social media platforms. Supporting the Brand Development Manager and Marketing Lead with weekly reporting. Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities. Miscellaneous Tasks To undertake other miscellaneous activities that are deemed appropriate for the role of a Digital Marketing Executive to support the efficient operation of The Group. Specific job skills Experience in SEO, PPC concepts and other way of driving traffic to online platforms Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones Interest in creative thinking and copy writing with impeccable spelling and grammar A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online Demonstrate excellent research, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills High comprehension of software like Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator ideal but not essential A good understanding of formatting articles on the web Ability to work to deadlines Excellent research and analytical skills Good team player Experience 1-2 years experience in a Digital Marketing and/or Social Media role in an office environment Excellent package offered to the successful candidate.
