The ideal candidate will have gained experience in a training, events or an education organization, and know what it takes to lead a small marketing team to success. As a previous Digital Marketing Manager, or a Senior Digital Executive looking for a career boost, having a well-rounded knowledge of all core digital marketing techniques, more specifically content strategy, SEO, social media, email marketing is essential, as well as being technically and strategically minded in order to develop detailed strategies, ensuring the company KPI’s and objectives are exceeded. Continue reading for more info Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager: Lead and supervise the marketing team, providing support to team members with regular 1-2-1 meetings, setting KPI’s and personal targets to ensure continuous progress Work alongside the Email Exec to oversee the implementation of best practice and ensure lead generation targets are met, and supervise social media activity across all core channels, managing the budget effectively to manage and deliver multiple creative campaigns The management of all content strategy and SEO efforts, ensuring consistent optimization and ensure all campaigns are trackable and reported on a monthly basis Lead on all digital campaign distribution to deliver lead generation, increase brand awareness and enhance the company’s overall reputation, and communicating with all marketing teams to ensure all company-wide marketing messages align Support the launch of new brand products through market research and developing keyword and audience insight Stay updated on new trends within the digital marketing and education industry, work alongside PR teams to develop and keep on top of industry news, and keep a keen eye on relevant industry awards in order to draft proposals for entry Requirements of a successful Digital Marketing Manager: An undergraduate degree in marketing or another relevant degree would be an advantage 3 years in a digital marketing role, working across all aspects of the marketing mix A target-driven individual with a proven track record of successful team leadership and working towards objectives, driving sales and growing revenue Experienced and comfortable working with a range of different digital channels and techniques, including content strategy, social media, SEO, & email. Good Paid media experience would also be an advantage but not essential An experienced copywriter with fantastic written English and Grammar skills to ensure high-quality content and briefs Equally analytical and creative - have a flair for creativity and innovation, but have the analytical mindset to develop data-driven strategies, objectives, reports and recommendations Project and people management - highly organised and time-conscious working towards tight deadlines, as well as a confident and trustworthy leader in supporting career development Excellent communications skills in order to develop relationships across internal and external teams, and ensuring a consistent flow of relevant information across the wider organisation Are you an all-rounder with plenty of industry experience?
