Overview
Senior Project Coordinator Location: West London (Hanger Lane) Salary: Competitive Full time/Permanent ROLE MISSION You will play a key role within the Kantar, Media Division, Markets Support Team for the roll out of Kantar audience measurement solutions. . The team scope is to deliver audience measurement solutions in new markets and, retained markets. It works closely with the Product Business Development, Product Methodology and, Product Lines functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To understand and confirm the project scope with sponsor/s. To onboard projects following the team process and tools (Planner, Confluence, Sharepoint). To be the project coordinator for the team with the connected project teams. To that extent, the role will liaise and coordinate with the project Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) To collaborate (or lead depending on the project form) in the draw up of the plan and deliverables. The role will confirm approval and initiate the roll out with the team manager. To manage the implementation status updates and prioritizes the project work plans with objective to stay on time. When required to provide status and progress reviews to Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee. To incorporate feedback in the project delivery. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR… Proven project management experience, ideally in a market research/data/audience measurement organisation The ability to build and manage project timelines Strong technical knowledge (Confluence and Atlassian platform, MS sharepoint, MS projects, MS Planner.) Able to travel to Westgate (London) and other regional offices
