Company Snapshot: Innovative company who introduce brand new technology to the UK food and drink market Passionate about making employees feel like they are an important part of the team Work with clients to find tailored solution to their technology and manufacturing processes The role: Managing the whole sales process from hunting prospects, finding a solution for their needs and closing the deal Focusing on the food sector, identifying leads and dealing with sales enquiries Maintain and grow current existing accounts to maximise all opportunities Attending meetings to pitch products, and better understand the needs of the client Helping the client to understand the cost savings and capabilities of the machinery and technology About you: Proven successful record of sales ideally within the food equipment and technology industry Be confident with all forms of communication and a great negotiator Have a keen eye for details and a strong consultative approach to sales Full Driving Licence, with travel to customer sites often essential The package: Basic salary upto £50,000 Great commission scheme ( £75,000 OTE but uncapped ) Company car 25 days Holiday Bank Holidays Pension scheme offered after qualifying period If this isn't quite right, we are recruiting for plenty of other sales, account management and customer success opportunities across the East of England.
