Head Office: Poole, Dorset. Illuminet Consulting Project Management Office (PMO) / Client Delivery Analyst is a key role in Illuminet Solutions and a member of the Illuminet Consulting Division. Working with the Consulting Team to achieve or exceed Illuminet Solutions’ growth targets in revenue and profitability. Job Brief: The PMO Analyst contributes to the management of the Illuminet Performance Hub and works closely with Client Delivery Directors in the Consulting Division, the Recruitment Division, associates, partners and clients to support winning new business and co-ordinate the delivery of consultancy contracts. The PMO Analyst contributes to the delivery of marketing campaigns as set in the Illuminet Marketing Strategy and provides MI support to senior management (Executive Committee), Divisions and Clients. Self-motivated, willing to travel to client offices and to Illuminet Consulting or Executive Committee meetings when required. Ability to work closely with Client Delivery Directors, the Recruitment Division and potential and existing clients, up to a senior level. Able to identify requirements, articulate and/or shape contacts and leads into sales opportunities Able to work as part of a team or on own Able to build lasting business relationships. Able to build positive relationships with teams across Illuminet Solutions Adherence to the "Illuminet Way". Proactive, able to meet deadlines Able to coordinate a team to fulfil leads from the Illuminet Business Network (talent pool), ensuring that members of the team are fully briefed on the objectives of the client engagement, key stakeholders and that they represent Illuminet Solutions at all times. Able to manage escalations and complaints professionally and in a timely manner Able to support the preparation of materials to present to the Consulting Team and/or Executive Committee on sales plans, new business and opportunities. Skills & Competencies Degree level education an advantage Ability to communicate at all levels (written and verbal) Highly organised, time management Technically proficient including in MS products and Social Media (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook). Salesforce Platform an advantage. Business acumen and commercial awareness Customer focused Creative thinker Growth in the role There are development Opportunities for the PMO Analyst to: Provide consultancy services to clients, such as the delivery of PMO services or Illuminet Solutions products. Provide further support to existing client accounts in conjunction with a Client Delivery Director Develop new leads, or sales from contacts, leads and opportunities Provide logistical support to arrange meetings with prospective clients Contribute to developing bid and presentation materials and proposals for clients Understanding customer requirements and business objectives Deeper involvement in marketing - creating marketing campaigns, participating in Marketing Strategy meetings.
