Roles responsibilities: Research: Research, identify and attract candidates using all relevant methods including social media Support Recruitment Consultant on process planning, reporting and analysing the results Sales: Develop relationships with clients and candidates to increase sales and business development opportunities for Consult Search & Selection Understand the role in question to effectively communicate this to the relevant candidates Communication: Liaising with candidates and clients, where appropriate, to provide an expert service Report to the Recruitment Consultant on the process progress to ensure clear understanding for all team members Teamwork: Collaborate with the wider team to create engaging job descriptions Effectively prioritise workload with the wider team Management: Manage each process, alongside the Recruitment Consultant, to ensure a high level of service to the clients and candidates Marketing: Support in the marketing of Consult Search & Selection brand and managing social media output Requirements: Passionate, outgoing and confident Self-motivated and a willingness to learn Ability to use initiative and take responsibility Enjoy team collaboration and can build a good working relationship Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail Strong time management to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Potential of performance related earnings Frequent trips in personal and professional capacity - recent examples include, Galway, Spa & Golf resort which included a black-tie event in the evening 25 days holiday bank holidays Regular social events
